I hereby grant the Riverside Foundation for the Performing Arts permission to use and release photographs and other images of my child for all Foundation-related promotional materials, marketing efforts and productions without restriction. This release applies to all images of my child in print, electronic, video and broadcast formats, in addition to the use of my child's name, comments and endorsements that may serve to assist the Foundation with its promotional and marketing efforts. I agree that the Foundation may use, edit and reproduce these images in any form and that the Foundation may share these images with other media for purposes related to the Foundation's promotional and marketing efforts. In so doing, I release all claims against the Foundation and other media with respect to copyright, publication or use of such photographs or video footage, including any claims for compensation related to their use.

Transportation to and from the Foundation Camp facilities is the responsibility of the child's sponsoring agency or a parent/guardian. I understand that there is a late pick-up policy and I have read and agree to these terms.

This camp is only ten days, so we ask that campers be present every day, unless an unexpected illness or other emergency arises, The last day of camp is our showcase, and attendance by all campers is required. If a camper cannot attend the showcase (held on Friday, June 28), he or she will not be admitted to camp.

The Riverside Foundation for the Performing Arts Summer Theatre Camp provides ten days of musical theatre training at no cost to the campers. This camp is for low income families who could not otherwise afford to send their child(ren) to a theatre camp. Beginning this year, documentation is required in order to admit each child. Examples of verifying need include: Stafford Junction (indicate that your child is a member and RFPA staff will verify) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - SNAP Women, Infants and Children - WIC Summer Food Assistance Program - SFSP Temporary Assistance for Needy Families - TANF National School Lunch Program - NSLP *Other documents may be accepted; please call the Foundation Director at 540-370-4300, ext. 227 The Riverside Foundation for the Performing Arts will need to verify that your family or child is enrolled in one or more of these programs. Please submit one of these documents in the following manner: 1. Scan and email it to the RFPA Managing Director at rfpadirector@gmail.com 2. Mail a copy of the document to: 95 Riverside Pkwy., Fredericksburg, VA 22406, Attn: Managing Director 3. Bring a copy of the document to the Riverside Center for the Performing Arts before the registration deadline of June 2nd. Leave it with a customer service representative in the box office and tell him or her that it is for the RFPA Summer Camp. Please note that all information will be kept private and will not be shared with anyone outside of the Foundation. Also, once your family has provided this documentation, it will not be required in future years if your child wishes to attend future RFPA camps.
